Order Policy
Orders are shipped within 5 business days from when order is placed. As we bake to order, we are unable to accomodate same day or next day baking and delivery.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via FedEx once the transaction has been completed.
Please note: All orders are shipped Monday through Friday only during regular business hours. Saturday and Sunday delivery is not available or guaranteed. Overnight air shipping is not available. Delivery time is from point of order fulfillment, not order placement.
Perishable Items
Due to the fact that our baked goods are preservative free and freshly baked, we strongly encourage you to mind the advised shelf life.
Refunds/Returns
We are unable to offer exchanges or returned. Refunds may be given on a case by case basis. All refunds given will be put on in-store credit to be used at a future date.
